I met the woman behind the label for a tête-à-tête over lemonade at the coffee shop at the DLF Emporio Mall, Delhi.

When asked what the brand epitomizes, designer Lavanya says, “Lavanya Coodly is a brand designed to resonate with the urban woman who is bohemian at heart. I styled 4 pieces from her collections, 2 hand embroidered gowns, in gold and red for those looking to make an impact; either on the red carpet or at a wedding function, an embroidered little gold dress for a party & perhaps a night of dancing and lastly a silk trench coat, perfect to wear to office or a night out during the Indian winters in the north. I am glad that I was able to feature the brand on my blog, just in time for the festive season!
